Biography

I am an academic and professional with extensive experience in management, engineering, and public administration. I completed my Ph.D. from Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, focusing on the socio-economic impact of skill development in public welfare schemes. I have done MBA in Marketing Management and Information Technology from MNIT Jaipur. I have published extensively in peer- reviewed international journals and participated in numerous workshops and conferences. I have also delivered expert lectures on emerging technologies in engineering and management. I am an Assistant Professor in the areas of Marketing Management and Social Sciences at the Department of Management Studies, MNIT Jaipur. Prior to this, I was working at the Government Mahila Polytechnic College, Ajmer as an Assistant Professor. I served as Director at Centre for Electronic Governance, Department of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan. I have also served as a Marketing Officer at Binani Cement. I have received an Appreciation Certificate from MNIT Jaipur and the MHRD. I am a life member of the Operations Research Society of India and the OSA Young Student Congress on Photonics Technologies. With over 8.5 years of experience in office administration and teaching, my interdisciplinary approach and dedication have significantly contributed to education, management, and public administration.
